Accordingly, Eleşkirt in Ağrı, Işıktepe in Elazığ, Gökçeada in Çanakkale, Van and Gürpınar in Van, Akpazar facilities in Tunceli operated by the General Directorate of State Hydraulic Works, Dağdibi in Bursa, Kirazlı in Erzurum are operated by contractor companies. Operations according to the tariffs determined at Gözeler in Bingöl, Ergani in Diyarbakır, Sarıoğlan in Kayseri, Günalan in Burdur, Demirözü in Bayburt, Sadak in Gümüşhane, Bezirgan Hazım Kılıç in Kastamonu and İvrindi-Gökçeyazı irrigation facilities in Balıkesir. and maintenance fee will be charged.
This year, irrigation facilities operation and maintenance fee tariffs will vary between 17 liras and 495 liras per decare for 30 categories of plant varieties and greenhouses. The cost of 1000 cubic meters of water will be between 25 lira and 184 lira.
Operation and maintenance fee will be determined according to the growing period of each plant during the year. For this reason, when a new one is planted on the same parcel within a year, a separate operation and maintenance fee will be applied for each of these plants.
Annual operation and maintenance fees will be collected from the irrigated parcel owner, tenant or shareholder, regardless of the number of irrigations.
When the other plant is planted in the same parcel within a year, the operation and maintenance fee of the plants planted after that plant will continue to be applied with a 20 percent discount, provided that the previous plant has been irrigated.
A 50 percent discount on the operation and maintenance fee will be applied to the plants (including sprinkler and drip irrigation) that farmers constantly irrigate with their own motor pumps.
The provisions of the decision will be executed by the Minister of Agriculture and Forestry.
