Chivas: Tala Rangel sees the Rebaño as champion

He was able to keep the best offense of the tournament (Toluca) at bay and He sealed another clean sheet on the same weekend where he was called to the Mexican National Team for the first time.

With all this, goalkeeper Raúl Rangel is positive ahead of the semifinals of the tournament, as he believes that Chivas is a champion in this Clausura 2024.

“What would stand out the most is the functioning of the team. Although Toluca presented us with a good game on their field and with their people, I think we knew how to handle it, we knew how to manage the times and at the end of the day the result came.”

“The support I have from my teammates, technicians and coaches has helped me. Besides, being open to the advice they give me is what has helped me. Remaining humble and working have been my tools and what keeps me here. I said it already: “We are up for great things, to be champions, but we go game by game thinking big,” the goalkeeper commented for TUDN after eliminating Toluca in the quarterfinals.
