Jalisco Red Cross does not offer vaccines against COVID-19


The Jalisco delegation of the Mexican Red Cross ruled out the offer of vaccines against COVID-19.

After the start of the sale of vaccines against the disease in Jalisco, mainly of the Pfizer brand in private pharmacies, the health agency He pointed out that they are not selling the vaccines, although it will inform if there will be the possibility as long as there are adequate conditions.

“With regard to offering the application of the COVID-19 vaccine, through payment accessible to the entire population, Red Cross Jalisco will inform when necessary conditions are achieved, with absolute adherence to official regulations and in coordination with state and federal regulatory health authorities.”

Therefore, they will have to wait until there are conditions for the sale of vaccines against COVID-19, the Jalisco Red Cross reported in a statement.

The health organization recalled that during the COVID-19 pandemic, supported the vaccination stage against the disease by having applied more than 3.6 million doses throughout the state, free of charge and with the support of authorities at all levels of government.
