MEXICO CITY (apro).— The Attorney General’s Office of Mexico City (FGJCDMX) managed to get a control judge to issue preventive detention against the Morelos prosecutor Uriel Carmona and the official Joel “N”, in relation to the feminicide by Ariadna Fernanda López Díaz.
Joel “N”, representative of the Attorney General’s Office of Morelos, was preventively arrested to be investigated by the capital’s prosecutor’s office for alleged acts with the purpose of distorting the investigation into the feminicide of the young Ariadna Fernanda.
According to the investigations, the arrested person was instructed to start the investigation file for the discovery of the victim’s body, in which he possibly contributed to discrediting said crime.
During the initial hearing for compliance with the arrest warrant, and after the judge qualified it as legal, the Public Ministry of the FGJCDMX formulated the corresponding accusation.
Meanwhile, the man’s defense requested the judicial authority to duplicate the constitutional term, which was granted, with the precautionary measure of preventive detention.
This person is being investigated for probably contributing to the discrediting of the commission of the crime of feminicide against a young woman, which occurred in October 2022.

The FGJCDMX also reported that it obtained preventive detention from a control judge for the head of the Attorney General’s Office of the state of Morelos, for his probable participation in the commission of the crime of feminicide, in his capacity as an assistant, which occurred to the detriment of a young in October 2022.
During the hearing to complete the arrest warrant, the agent of the Public Ministry of the FGJCDMX formulated the corresponding accusation and requested connection to the process.
However, the defense of the accused requested the judicial authority to duplicate the constitutional term, which was granted under the aforementioned precautionary measure while the new hearing is carried out.
The public servant was apprehended, in detention, by agents of the Investigative Police (PDI).
The public servant of Morelos, Uriel “N”, will remain under preventive detention after being investigated for the probable commission of the crime of femicide in his capacity as an assistant, for events that occurred to the detriment of the young Ariadna Fernanda, in October 2022.
Investigations by the FGJCDMX indicate that Uriel “N” probably did not apply what was stated in the feminicide protocol, after the discovery of the young woman’s body in an area of that entity, as well as the statements that he offered to the media at the time. , in which he indicated that it was not about said illegality.
