MEXICO CITY (apro) – A unit of the Passenger Transport Network (RTP) collided at the corner of Valeriano Trujano and Mina streets, in the Guerrero neighborhood, in the Cuauhtémoc mayor’s office, because its gas tank allegedly exploded . No injuries were reported.
At 2:15 p.m., the Heroic Fire Department of Mexico City detailed in its X account, formerly Twitter, that its elements were at the site working on the asphalt strip washing because the fuel tank of a public service truck was damaged.
An hour later, they reported that the road had been restored and the service that was required for the place located near the Alameda Central was terminated.
The independent organization, #NiUnRepartidorMenos, pointed out on its social networks that the gas tank exploded and that the unit collided when turning, taking a bollard and affecting the bodywork.
He added that there were no injuries and that police officers from the Secretariat of Citizen Security (SSC) also worked at the scene.
