The Emir of Qatar, Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad al-Thani, discussed, Jewish, with the Supreme Guide to the Islamic Revolution in Iran, Ali Khamenei, bilateral relations and regional and international questions.
This is a resting place between Al-Thani and Khamenei in the official residence of the Supreme Iranian Guide (Beyt-e rahbari) à Tehran, according to a communication from the Qatari royal cabinet.

In addition to the journal, the Emir of Qatar and the President of Iran, Ebrahim Raïssi, discuss bilateral relations in the areas of politics, economy and trade, as well as the improvement of cooperation perspectives in tourism, investment, transportation and communications sectors.
Tamim bin Hamad al-Thani, who died on May 12 in Tehran, was the only one to discuss with Raïssi about the “regional and international” forces. This is the first time that the Emir of Qatar has been in Iranian capital since the last election of the Iranian president.
The visit of the Emir of Qatar to the Iranian president à Doha’s last February, when Raïssi took part in a summit of gas producers.
Qatar faces historic ties and bilateral bilateral relations with Iran – with the participation of the largest gas exporter in the world – as opposed to Tehran’s “tendentious” relations with certain Gulf states.
The course of Raïssi à Doha’s visit includes 14 signed cooperation agreements, notation in the sectors of commerce, transport, aviation, media, foreign policy, energy, culture and of education.
During his discussions in Tehran, Tamim bin Hamad al-Thani, who is based in Iran, “in the direction of the Republic of Turkey for a working visit”, indicated by a communication from the cabinet of the Emir of Qatar.
