The Polish Army assures that an aerial object entered its space from Ukraine

The Polish authorities have confirmed this Friday the entry into their airspace of “an unidentified aerial object” arriving from Ukrainian territory, within the framework of an intense wave of attacks by the Russian Army against different points in Ukraine, which It has left at least twelve dead and nearly 80 injured.

The Operational Command of the Polish Armed Forces has noted that “an unidentified aerial object has entered Polish airspace from across the border with Ukraine” and added that “from the moment it crossed the border until signal disappeared, it was followed by the radars of the country’s air defense system.

“In line with the applicable procedures, the Operational Command of the Armed Forces mobilized the forces and resources at its disposal,” he stated in a message on his account on the social network “object”, although the Polish authorities have launched an investigation.

For his part, the president of Ukraine, Volodymyr Zelensky, has pointed out that “Russia is fighting today with almost everything it has in its arsenal” and has specified that Russian forces “have fired approximately 110 missiles, most of which have been shot down.” Furthermore, he stressed that Ukraine “will respond to the attacks of terrorists” and “will fight to guarantee the security of the country, each city and the entire population.”
