Turkey’s national carrier Turkish Airlines (THY) will launch international flights on four new routes. THY CEO Bilal Ekshi announced the news on Twitter.
The decision was made against the backdrop of reducing the negative consequences of the coronavirus pandemic.
Among the new destinations of Turkish Airlines is Uzbek Bukhara.
The flagship of Turkish civil aviation will also fly to Seattle, Juba (South Sudan) and Tivat (Montenegro).
“Our new routes: Seattle/USA (from May 27th), Juba/South Sudan (from June 1st), Bukhara/Uzbekistan (from June 7th), Tivat/Montenegro (from June 11th). Turkey is developing, THY is flying high,” Bilal Ekshi wrote in his post.
With the opening of new flights, THY will deliver its passengers to 338 destinations in 128 countries.
