MEXICO CITY (proceso.com.mx).- Two informants from the United States Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA) infiltrated the criminal group “Los Chapitos”, a branch of the Sinaloa Cartel led by the sons of Joaquín “El Chapo” Guzmán Loera, would have been executed in Mexico, according to Republican Senator Chuck Grassley.
In a letter addressed to the United States Deputy Attorney General, Lisa Monaco, the legislator complained about the performance of the Department of Justice in the investigation of the fentanyl trafficking network headed by Guzmán Loera’s children.
