The command of the Ukrainian Air Force announced on Monday the downing of 3 Russian helicopters and a drone in the past 24 hours.
The same source said in a statement that “Russian invaders continue to bombard Ukrainian cities with missiles and artillery fire, to perpetuate pain, death and strife.”
“In the past 24 hours, we have shot down a KA-52 Alligator, two Mi-24 helicopters and an Orlan-10 drone,” the statement said.
On February 24, Russia launched a military operation in Ukraine, which was followed by international reactions and the imposition of “tough” economic and financial sanctions on Moscow.
